Our Beginings
Path Welfare Society is a Non Profit Organization, established in 2005, with our headquarters in Kolkata. We believe in building communities where all children, youth and women are safe, strong and respected. We are committed to promoting comprehensive socio- economic change & encouraging responsible citizens participation.
Our strategies are designed to recognize diverse community requirements and realize them in cohesion with sustainable solutions.
Currently, our outreach program reaches out to the less fortunate communities from Kolkata, Murshidabad & South 24 Parganas & is in the process of transforming lives of 1400 first generation school going children through education; skilling 350 unemployed young people and empowering 450 women socially & economically.

Our Approach to Human Development is Rights Based. Path believes that all people are entitled to basic services such as health, education, decent work and income security.
We provide opportunities where people can speak out…to be heard and gain greater control over decisions that shape their lives.
We promote a more supportive environment for children, young people, women and communities at the grassroots levels.
